The awkward questions
Answered plainly, because you’ll ask them anyway.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan or you don't. If you don't, the account drops to Free and everything you made in the trial is still there, readable and editable within the Free limits.
What if I stop paying?
The app goes read-only. Every screen opens, every invoice still exports as a PDF, nothing can be edited until the payment is sorted. You are never locked out of your own records.
I'm over the Free limits after downgrading.
You keep everything. Forty clients stay forty clients, readable and editable. The limit stops you adding a forty-first, not opening the ones you have.
Does my work go to a server?
No. The account exists only for the licence. The app sends an email address, a password, a device id and the computer's name. Nothing else.
What if the licence server is down?
The app treats an unreachable server as offline, not unlicensed. It keeps working and retries for fourteen days before anything changes.
Can I move to a new computer?
Release the old seat from your account page and sign in on the new one. Your data moves by copying the workspace folder across.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within fourteen days of purchase. Founding licences included. The refund policy is linked in the footer.
Is there a Mac version?
No. Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. Saying otherwise would be one of those integrations we don't pretend to have.
