What the account is, and isn’t
It holds your licence, not your work
Clients, invoices, time and notes never leave your computer. There is no cloud copy to sign in to.
It tracks which computers you use
Free allows 1, Basic+ allows 2, Pro allows 2. Release a seat from your account page when you replace a laptop.
It works offline
If the licence server can't be reached the app keeps working and retries. An outage is treated as offline, not as unlicensed.
Lapsing doesn't lock you out
If a payment fails the app goes read-only. Everything opens, invoices still export, nothing can be edited until it's sorted.
